Sharon has more than three decades of experience within the travel industry, including being the Director/Manager of Leisure Travel 2000 which she opened in the fall of 1998. Leisure Travel 2000 is an independent agency and a member of Vacation.com.

Sharon specializes in customizing trips for her clients to any part of the world, as well as small group travel, and cruising.

Sharon and her husband often host small groups and have travelled extensively, though still have many destinations to explore as they work on their “Bucket List”. One especially memorable trip was taken in the fall of 2014 to Argentina and Chile …anyone who may be interested in learning more about these great South American countries are invited to give her a call!

Travel is a passion for Sharon and after all of her years in the industry she still very much looks forward to each day and helping her clients find that just-right vacation choice. Advisory Council for Vacation.com Western Canada, Saskatchewan Council Chair for ACTA, and is on the National Board of Directors for ACTA (Association of Canadian Travel Agencies). She is also active on the executive for SKAL Club Saskatoon (SKAL is a worldwide travel and tourism organization). She has also been a member of the 722 Breakfast Club in Saskatoon since 1999, and served in most Executive positions including President.

He is currently Vice President Western Canada for SKAL International Canada. SKAL is the world’s largest association of travel and tourism professionals with about 20,000 members in 450 clubs in over 85 countries.
