Sharon has more than 3 decades of experience in the travel industry, and is the Director/Manager of Leisure Travel 2000 which she opened in the fall of 1998. Leisure Travel 2000 is an independent agency and a member of Travel Leaders Network. Sharon specializes in customizing trips for her clients to any part of the world, as well as small group travel, cruising and soft Adventure trips.
Sharon’s involvement in other aspects of the travel industry:
Advisory Council for Travel Leaders, Canada, Saskatchewan Council Chair for ACTA. She is also active on the executive for SKAL Club Saskatoon (SKAL is a worldwide travel and tourism organization). She has also been a member of the 722 Breakfast Club in Saskatoon since 1999, currently serving on the Executive.
Her and her husband Friets often host small groups, and have travelled extensively, but still have many destinations to explore as they work on their “Bucket List”.

He is currently Vice President Western Canada for SKAL International Canada. SKAL is the world’s largest association of travel and tourism professionals with about 20,000 members in 450 clubs in over 85 countries.
